Dosage:

• For massage: 4-5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable cosmetic oil.

• For baths: 4-5 drops per bath.

• For applications: 1:1 with vegetable cosmetic oil.

• For cold compresses: 3-4 drops.

• To enrich cosmetics: 2-3 drops per 10 g of base.

• For aroma lamps: 2-3 drops per 20-25 m2 of area.
